FEE SCHEDULE
The following fee schedule is prepared so that no misunderstandings arise regarding my fees for service.

| Telephone conference based on 15 minute intervals |
$50.00 |
| Conference with attorney, insurance company representatives, law enforcement personnel, etc. based on one hour intervals |

| Deposition for first hour or part thereof |

| Deposition for each additional hour or part thereof |
$200.00 |
| Trial/deposition preparation per hour |

| Expert testimony for first hour or part thereof |

| Expert testimony for each additional hour or part thereof |

| Office disruption fee per half day. This fee will be waived if two (2) working days notice is given; working days being Monday-Friday |

Forensic dental identification:
(a) compiling antemortem records |

| Bite mark case work-up and analysis: Due to the wide range of time
and work required on cases of this nature, a specific fee cannot be
quoted. However, every attempt will be made to keep you posted
as fees arise. |
| All expenses paid to include, but not limited to, transportation, meals, lodging, communications, express delivery, audio visual, laboratory, photography, radiographic, investigative and trial aid support per receipt. |
